Order Processing & Production Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for items already in stock are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Because our crochet items are crafted by hand, custom designs or out-of-stock pieces may require an additional production time of 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if your order requires extra time.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timeline

We ship all across Pakistan using reliable domestic courier services (such as TCS, Leopard, or M&P).

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery may take 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee applies to orders nationwide, which will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above a minimum purchase threshold (e.g., Rs. 3,000—you can adjust this amount as needed).

Payment & Delivery Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for major cities and towns across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery.

  • Bank Transfer / Digital Payments: We also accept advance payments via bank transfer or mobile wallets.

Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on the courier’s official website to monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number during checkout. Ains Basket is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal of COD, future orders may require advance payment.

Damaged or Missing Items
